Regular dental cleanings and exams not only help maintain dental health, but can divulge potential issues arising. Skipping regular exams and daily brushings can therefore lead to toothaches and pain, as well as weird dental problems. In such a case, a gardener developed a severe toothache and went to the dentist for a root canal. Upon starting the surgery, the dentist found a sprouting tomato seed lodged between the tooth and plaque.
